The Who will premiere a special acoustic presentation of Tommy to mark the 100th Teenage Cancer Trust at the Royal Albert Hall show.
This concert will be the first time the full band have performed Pete Townshend’s classic rock opera since 1989, and will be followed by a selection of other Who classics.
The charity’s longstanding Honorary Patron, frontman Roger Daltrey CBE, is a passionate champion of young people with cancer in the UK and has been a supporter of Teenage Cancer Trust for over 22 years. 2017 will be the 17th year that he has curated and been the driving force behind the shows at the Royal Albert Hall.
