Virtuoso violinist Itzhak Perlman celebrates his 70th birthday with this special one-off concert featuring the highlights of his repertoire.

Israeli-American violinist Itzhak Perlman made his breakthrough in 1958 on The Ed Sullivan Show and has had a illustrious career which has included a solo performance of the theme to 1993 film Schindler’s List (which subsequently won an Academy Award for Best Original Score) and the 2009 inauguration ceremony for Barack Obama, Perlman’s virtuosic playing has made him one of the world’s most successful violinists.
