Cycling is one of the UK’s and London’s fastest growing sports and pastimes, therefore it was no surprise to see the crowds descend on ExCel London on 11th – 14th February for The London Bike Show.
The London Bike Show is the UK’s largest cycling exhibition and attracts a wide variety of cyclists and visitors. All aspects of cycling are covered including road cycling, mountain biking, BMX, cycle cross and recreational cycling.
The London Bike Show allows visitors to see some of the great names in cycling being interviewed in the Cycle Performance Theatre, over the next few days, Sir Chris Hoy, Chris Boardman, Mark Beaumont and many more will be sharing their experiences and advice with the visitors.
If you fancy a spin on some of the new bikes on display, there will be a number of dedicated test tracks including a Street Velodrome where you can post your quickest time. The Radon Bikes Pump Battle World Series will see mountain biking and BMX stars going head to head on a specially built track that will also be open to visitors.
There will be regular spectacular displays from the ever popular Extreme Action Sports Tour and the world’s best freestyle jumpers will be competing against one another for the crown of Air to the Throne Champion.
The London Bike Show offers plenty of interest for the serious cyclist and those who like to takes things a little more sedately. All aspects of cycling are covered with a wide range of bikes and accessories to purchase.
