London Symphony Orchestra in Trafalgar Square

On Sunday enjoy a  free concert with the London Symphony Orchestra and Principal Conductor Valery Gergiev in Trafalgar Square as part of the BMW LSO Open Air Classics series.

Programme to include:
PROKOFIEV Excerpts from Symphony No 1 (‘Classical’)
PROKOFIEV arr GARETH GLYN Extracts from Lieutenant Kijé
PROKOFIEV Romeo and Juliet (suite)

London Symphony Orchestra
Valery Gergiev conductor
Paul Rissmann presenter
LSO On Track young musicians

The Orchestra will be  performing in the open air – free for everyone in an informal atmosphere. Large screens were mounted on either side of the stage to allow the audience to witness the concert close up.

FREE ENTRY
But arrive early to secure your place. The gates will close once the Square has reached capacity. No glass or furniture is allowed in the Square.
